Data Acquisition and Controls

MODBUS TCP via the network. The logging of environmental temperature (ET), bean temperature (BT) and related rate-of-rise curves logging of mixer tank temperature, humidity, gas pressure, gas pressure (burner), feeding weight control of airflow, drum and steerer motor speeds as well as burner power via sliders activation/deactivation of fan, drum, burner, bean feeder, bean filler, stirrer, cooling motor 1 and 2 as well as the release door via buttons.

Production assistance programming reduces the repetitive operator input required for production roasting. Saving the recipes and interactive advanced graphical user interface and many more features makes the operator use the roaster with ease.

Natural or Liquid Petroleum Gas

The roaster comes with advanced Premix Burner based on premix technology which provides high efficiency with high modulation rates and low flue gas emissions. With its proportional (modulating) and single stage (ON / OFF) operating features, high quality and specially designed Metal Fiber combustion heads, it creates a smooth flame form and guarantees homogeneous combustion at all times. Custom Colours and More

The most chosen color is matt black. But besides this option, there are so many more to choose from! We work with RAL colors. ‘RAL’ is the abbreviation of ‘Reichs-Ausschuß für Lieferbedingungen und Gütesicherung’. It’s a coding system to define the colors of paints and other coatings.
